Attention all CT Crush players and families:

An original Crush athlete from 2005-2010, Jon Nazarko, is hosting a Speed Clinic at Mystic Indoor on 12/9 from 9:30-10:30 AM. Jon went on to play baseball and basketball at the University of Rhode Island from 2010-2014. He’s dedicated his career to giving back and helping others achieve their dreams to compete at the next level.

Jon has most recently been a strength coach with the 2023 World Series Champion, Texas Rangers Organization. The last two seasons he’s been with the AA affiliate and 2022 Texas League Champion, Frisco RoughRiders.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn skills to help expand your athletic capabilities and challenge yourself against others. Attached is the flyer for the clinic.
